We send our contracted cleaning vendors a text message with each day's schedule for our three Columbus, Georgia homes, and an alert whenever a booking changes a scheduled clean. This page explains the programme and how to join or leave it.

How to sign up

Agreeing to text messages is not a condition of being engaged as a vendor. If you would rather not receive texts, tell us and we will send your schedule another way.

What you will receive

• The day's cleaning schedule, with the start time for each home
• Same-day turnover deadlines, where a guest is arriving the same day a clean happens
• Alerts when a booking, cancellation or date change moves a scheduled clean

We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this programme.

Message frequency, rates and how to stop

• Frequency. Varies — typically one scheduling message per day, plus alerts when a booking changes.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
• To stop. Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and nothing further.
• For help. Reply HELP to any message, or email stay@homecomingstays.com.
